Thank you for choosing the 2008 Virginia In-Water Boat Expo & Sailfest. To apply for space simply following the guidelines listed below.

• Complete the Application for Space, including products/services to be exhibited, brand
  names, company information, retail intentions and space preferences. Be sure to print
  the exhibitor name and sign the application.
• In order to secure a space; please return your original signed application with a 50%
  deposit as soon as possible. Please mail your deposit check and application in the
  envelope provided to:

• Please be sure to keep a copy of your application for your records. Once your application
  and deposit are received we will contact you to discuss space options. You may also fax
  a copy of your signed application to 954-430- 4171.
• Space is limited and is allocated on a first-come first-serve basis. Please be assured that
  we will do everything possible to accommodate your request. Feel free to contact us at
  anytime during this process. Deposits are fully refundable until an acceptable space
  has been confirmed and the application has been countersigned.

ALL APPLICANTS SHOULD:

• Read the back of your contract.
• Complete the area marked TO BE FILLED OUT BY EXHIBITOR on the application.
  Be sure to include the products you will be exhibiting and list any brand names that you carry.
• Complete your directory listing form and submit your company’s Certificate of
